I rolled in at 1:30 pm on a Sunday. The technician finished with one customer and was looking at my vehicle by 1:33 pm. Luckily, the nail in my tire was not too big, so he was able to plug it for $20. Funnily enough, I found them the Friday before, but had arrived too late for anything to be done, and when I mentioned my dilemma to a friend, she reached out to her brother-in-law, and he recommended this place. So, of course, I HAD to come back. I was done and out by 1:37 pm.

Well, Started off needing a tire for my compact car. The process leading up to that was a disaster but I’ll save that for another review. Found this place as my partner drives past it often and it was close enough since driving on a donut. Get there and we’re asked twice if he needs help. That’s a good thing to me - customer service is key!! Cuz money does spend elsewhere! The other car in our family needed more work and the previous shop ghosted us- another story for a different review - so decided to use Expert Auto/tires. Went in just past 9am on Monday- got a good quote for all the work. Had to run back to get a part we already had- and got the car back the next day earlier than promised. Made recommendations on what could be done next time we come for oil change and provided a quote that still don’t seem to break the bank. Yeah, we’ll be back. Test drove the car and it was better than ever. Still on the clouds with how well the work was done here. Also seems like they back up their work if things pop up later (just an observation from other customers I saw while waiting) Mr G and Olivia are so kind. Mr G runs a great family feel shop that takes care of the consumer. And their team is kind too. Would highly recommend.

I also received help from the young lady at the other locations, I did not catch her name unfortunately. But she was very helpful also. Found this place when I needed a tire changed an hour before leaving on vacation. Called around but not one could do it immediately, called them and they said 15 min. It was actually 10 min. from the time I stopped in until I rode out. I said this would be my place from now on. Later I needed another quick turn around for some brakes, they got it done next day and Olivia even went to get the parts herself so we could get it done on a weekend. However, we had some problems with the new brakes and had to go back a few times, but they made it right and have had no problems since. They will have all my business from now on. Thanks Olivia!

Had a blowout coming from work. I was in a panic. I called around to tire places and couldn’t get no one because it was close to closing. I called Expert Auto Repair &Tires and customer service rep. Olivia told me they were closing soon but they would stay open if I was close. When I arrived the owner Raymond greeted me and already knew I was coming to get a tire. He gave me alternative options like 100 days interest free and so on. He gave me such a deal that I brought 4 new tires. The wait time was only like 15min. These guys are like the pit crew at NASCAR. lol. All in all, the customer service was great and they have amazing deals. Plus they are open 7 days a week. Thank you expert auto repair &tires!!!!

Very impressed with the service at Expert Auto. To make a long story short, we are road-tripping from Texas to Massachusetts and heard a humming sound coming from the front of our vehicle. Decided to stop here to get it checked out. They were not only helpful in figuring out the problem, they were timely, professional and, from what we think, affordable. When they finished the job an hour and a half later, they didn’t even charge us for the full 2 hours they expected it to take. Would recommend to anyone again and again. Road trip misfortune had me looking for a mechanic shop on a Sunday. Found this place close to where I broke down and took my car there. Everyone was very friendly and quick to assist, being from miami and I was stranded in Maryland. They assessed my car found the problem and was able to fix it the next day. Walking for diagnosis right after I drove away from their other business partner locations with different mechanics and staff. This guys did the test I even suspected and saw it with my eyes. They showed me the problem and I agreed to left the truck. They only asked me an advanced payment of $200.00. I decided to walked home and as soon I step in the house they called me back the truck was ready and done. So I picked it up. I road tested the truck that evening and went down the truck to actually see with my eyes. Satisfied with the service went back the next morning to replaced my tires and brakes the very next morning. Job was done in timely manner with no errs so far good workmanship. They did act as though I wouldn't be able to pay the repairs but I don't take behaviors personally I do understand it from a business point of view because sometimes people don't like to pay service or just make bunch of excuses not to pay service. I ended up paying slightly over estimate repair cost due to negligence from their other business locations. However. Im satisfied with the service so far

I came by here on Aug. 27, 2021 just looking for some new tires to replace the worn-out ones I had on my vehicle. I'm so glad I came by here because not only did they have the exact size tires I was looking for, but they had plenty of them and four of them didn't cost an arm and both of my legs just to get them. I usually buy my tires from a used tire shop, if they have all four and same name brand available, but lately I can't seem to find a shop that has any more than two tires available at a time. The only other option I exercise is buying two tires then getting the other two a couple of weeks later. Well here at Expert Tire & Auto, I didn't feel like I even needed to wait anymore because I had been running around looking for a deal on tires for a while. They did a great job and I love the way my new tires feel on these roads.

Ok so boom! My tire was bubbling and my car was bouncing me like a beatbox the other day. I gave these guys a call and first thing very professional, patient and helpful on the phone. Most establishments just rush you off the phone as if they don’t even have the time to speak to you. Than I showed up and was immediately acknowledged before I could even find the entrance and immediately helped. I think Jay is the manager of this location and he was very helpful, friendly and professional. Great service! Initially I spoke to Olivia over the phone regarding a problem with my tire losing air. She stated to bring the car over and they would take a look at it, I thought I needed a new tire so I asked her if they had it in stock. When I arrived she told me to drive my car into the service bay and that they would take a look at it; come to find out the mechanic shows me where two nails were lodged in my tires. They took the nails out and only charged me 20 bucks to plug the holes.The entire repair took around 10 minutes. I highly recommend this new auto repair establish ment.
